Select Create for an external HTTP connection in Unity Catalog
Make sure to select OAuth User to Machine Per User
Next, configure the same Authentication credentials as those provided to Trustlogix when registering the Databricks Agent.
Note: These authentication fields are for retrieving the user's OAuth token. As such, OAuth scope should be with respect to user scopes (rather than the scope for the agent)
Then, configure the corresponding token endpoint. For base path, follow the pattern to include tenant and agent ids. Check the MCP connection box, and select Header Only for exchange method.
Users can login/retrieve credentials for the connection and use it as an external MCP server tool source for their agents.
